Omega's commitment to provide total reliability is reinforced by its Warranty. Our 4 Star Heater models come with a 5 year guarantee whilst the 3 Star Heater models come with a 3 year guarantee. Terms and conditions apply, please refer to your Installation and Warranty manual.
There is also the option to upgrade to a 10 year guarantee on Parts and Labour (conditions apply). Contact us to enquire about this option.

* The 3 and 5 Year Warranty on our heaters is strictly based on domestic installation and use. This Omega product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal domestic use and maintenance for a period of three years (3 Star models) or five years (4 Star models) from the date of manufacture whether or not actual use begins from that date. The warranty has terms and conditions including the requirement to service the appliance every 24 months by Omega or its appointed nominee or else the warranty becomes void.
These conditions and warranties ae subject to change without notice at the discretion of Omega Climate Systems.
** 10 Year optional guarantee on Parts and Labour is only valid when the appliance is serviced by an authorised Omega Climate Systems service technician every 12 months.
